Another full exterior upgrade completed by Elite Home Exteriors 🔥🏠

For this project, we started by fully re-sheeting the exterior with 7/16” OSB to create a strong, solid base built to last. We then installed Silverboard insulation to improve the home’s energy efficiency and overall protection.

To give the home a clean finished look, we installed white aluminum capping to fully close off the insulation along with new white roof flashing for added weather protection and detail.

The homeowners chose Rockaway Grey Board & Batten siding paired with Brownstone shakes in the gable, creating a sharp modern contrast with great curb appeal.

We also improved the drainage system by adding 2 new pipes and re-sloping the existing eavestrough to ensure proper water flow away from the home. 💧
